I am horrible at not stretching before exercising. So, I am posting this as a “no excuse not to at least do this” reminder. 🙂
I do this exercise before every workout.
It's called the World's Greatest Stretch because it does a lot in a little amount time.
In 60 seconds it'll mobilize your hips, hamstrings, calves & upper back.
